Dramatically proportioned nine foot long "porch table " is
made from a weathered church window shutter from
Islesboro, ME ca: 1880. Original oxidized green paint has a
mellow patina. Three original , large  , hand forged hinges
complete the top surface.

Legs and bead trimmed stretcher are new solid maple
Hepplewhite country style. Legs and stretcher are mortise
and tenoned forming exceptionally tight joints.
The legs and stretcher have been purposely left
unfinished ready for your application of stain, varnish or
paint in a color of your choice.

Three cross members added for structural strength and to
prevent racking.
